New operator, new build in Sunbury, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Self Storage Manager to join our team. Position Overview: As an Experienced Self Storage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the success of our Sunbury location. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maximizing occupancy, and achieving sales targets. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers a huge bonus incentive program to reward your sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility in Sunbury.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance checks to ensure a clean and secure facility.
- Oversee the rental process, including lease agreements, payments, and move-ins/outs.
- Maintain accurate records, financial reports, and inventory levels.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of storage associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in self-storage management or a similar role.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the Sunbury area is a plus.
