“Super salesperson”:
- Grow the turnover: Welcome customers and understand their needs, guide them to suitable products and collections, deal with payment and encourage client loyalty.
- Participate in developing cross-channel: welcome customers, promote additional sales.
- Monitor the cash desks and, if necessary, do banking.
- Keep an eye on the POS’ sales indicators and help the manager with daily activity launches.
- Manager and coach
- Transmit knowledge and skills to the team and help the Manager with meetings.
- Motivate and stimulate the team’s appetite for developing sales.
- Skills and action: Apply internal procedures and defined action plans and ensure they are respected.
- Ensure colleagues’ activities are co-ordinated and checked.
- Delegate tasks in a meaningful way, follow up and check how they have been carried out.
- Point of sale administration manager:
Assist and monitor the manager for each of the following activities:
- Upkeep and merchandising.
- Keep the point of sale clean and attractive.
- Execute merchandising instructions and commercial operations according to the guidelines.
- Stock management:
- Take delivery of and check parcels.
- Put away, or oversee the putting away of, products on the sales floor or in the stockroom.
- Put security tags on the articles and check both the tagging and that general security guidelines are respected.
- Monitor the merchandise against theft and ensure staff also monitor it.
- Organise rolling inventories.
- Be aware of the stock level, restocks, and shrinkage rate.
- HR duties:
- Participate in recruitment.
- Establish schedules for the team and manage their working hours.
- Collect and pass on the necessary information for creating employment contracts and pay.
- Brand ambassador
They must be an example for their team members at all times.
