Store Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for sales. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the store's daily operations
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications
- Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £20,067.93-£35,772.51 per year
