Salaryemctiles have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual willing to join us in our Derby store.
Specialists in Wall & Floor Ceramic tiles for over 45 years, our family business is proud of our continued excellence in customer service!
You will supervise and be responsible for the following:
- Day to day running of an unrivalled comprehensive fantastically presented tile showroom, and trade service centre in a sales focused environment
- Having a hands on approach to dealing with our trade professionals and retail customer enquiries on a daily basis
- Support, train and motivate a small team to achieve and aim to exceed realistic targets
You will ideally be:
- An experienced supervisor with enthusiasm, drive and resilience
- Proven to demonstrate high levels of customer service standards
- A people person and team player, who demonstrates great leadership qualities and loves to bring out the best in your team
- Able to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays
