Role Purpose:
- Maintain top-notch store operations, analyze financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold sandwich quality.
- Lead and motivate the team to drive the business's financial success.
- Support, implement, and communicate company policies, processes, and procedures to all staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to ensure excellence.
Principal Responsibilities:
People:

Operations:
- Ensure operations meet Subway standards.
- Monitor food safety and health & safety compliance.
- Train staff on food safety, health & safety, and service standards.
- Maintain service speed and cleanliness standards.
- Implement and follow cleaning checklists and schedules.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and communicate changes effectively.
- Utilize POS system for reporting and improvement.
Financial:
- Manage store profit and loss in line with budgets.
- Conduct weekly stock take and manage inventory.
- Handle weekly payroll and liaise with Head Office.
- Order stock and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Franchisee on store marketing initiatives.
- Ensure staff awareness of promotions and maintain appropriate advertising.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
