Responsibilities:
- Engage with colleagues and customers, providing expert advice on stock availability and inventory items.
- Keep a watchful eye on stores inbox, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication with the stores supervisor.
- Meticulously monitor delivery schedules and check goods against delivery notes upon arrival.
- Take charge of maintaining optimal stock levels and consistently update our inventory records.
- Collaborate with the stores supervisor to prepare for efficient stock takes and audits.
- Ensure the accuracy of stock location sheets, contributing to streamlined operations.
- Occasionally travel to other local sites, adding variety and excitement to your role.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in general IT tools to navigate inventory systems effortlessly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
