Salary DC Personnel have a new and exciting permanent opportunity to work with our well esteemed client in Wigston as their new Stores Person with multiple company benefits.
Salary - Starting salary is £22,500, after a successful probation will increase to £23,798
Hours - 08:00-16:00 - 37hours a week paid.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Loading & Unloading of deliveries
Picking & Packing of orders
The use of counterbalance trucks, or vans to transport goods between warehouses
Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for all movements/deliveries.
The ideal candidate:
Has a full, clean driving license & forklift license
GCSE Maths & English with strong computer skills including experience of Excel
A proven track record working within a busy warehouse environment.
Previous experience managing and maintaining stock control.
Strong Team working skills essential.
Be able to work on own initiative.
Following both written and verbal instructions accurately with clear handwriting abilities and good liaison skills.
Ablility to work at heights.
