Operating a counterbalance and VNA fork truck on a daily basis.
Unloading raw materials and ensuring they are stored in allocated areas.
Ensure our manufacturing machines are supplied with raw materials consistently to ensure zero downtime.
Daily operation of an RF Scanner.
Ensure finished goods are stored in designated loading areas or specific rack spaces.
Ensure you keep you working environment clean and tidy adhering to 5s standards
Adhering to company health and safety procedures.
Support other teams as required including covering the other Team Leaders during periods of absenteeism or holidays.
Develop and complete a training programme within your team to increase your teams skills.
Support your team with training, quality issues and problem jobs as required
Complete a comprehensive shift report for you area at the end of each shift
Manage you team on a day to day basis including return to work interviews, team member reviews, daily and weekly team meetings.
Support the Central Operations Manager on continuous improvement activities.
Complete any weekly stock checks for you area ensuring replacement stock is ordered if needed.
Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm
