Sisko Group is looking for a Strategic Account manager exclusively on behalf of a leading Fire and Security company with offices in multiple locations around the UK. This is your chance to shine as a Security Sales Installations & Maintenance Specialist - Account Development Manager in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Key Requirements:

  • Stable/consistent work history
  • BDM experience in the Security Installations Sector
  • Sales Account Experience
  • System Design expertise
  • Proven track record of selling and designing
  • Outgoing sales-type personality
  • Location is key - Only CVs within Home Counties and Greater London


The Role Involves:
Proactively selling our clients full portfolio of integrated Fire and Security solutions
Researching, identifying, and converting new business opportunities
Optimising cross-selling to new and existing clients
Completing site surveys and client meetings
Producing designs, proposals, and quotations
Building and maintaining business relations
Ensuring timely delivery of quotations and updating the CRM system
Following up, negotiating, and closing outstanding opportunities
Identifying and attending industry-specific networking events
Operating in line with Amthal s vision, mission, and values
Skills & Experience:
Accomplished Sales and Design Consultant with a proven track record
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and British Standards
Excellent IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft packages
Track record of working to and exceeding sales targets
Team player with ambition and a hunter mentality
Ability to adapt and communicate effectively
Positive and enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional timekeeping
Works well under pressure, prioritizes, and meets deadlines
Flexible attitude towards working hours
Desire to learn and continually improve your knowledge
Salary package:
GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 Basic
OTE GBP70,000+
