Strategic Account Manager - Medical Equipment

As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll drive medical sales of market-leading Medical Equipment into hospital Theatres & ICUs across the North of M4 Corridor (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Herefordshire, Worcestershire).

• Products: award-winning Patient Monitoring, Anaesthesia, Ventilators, Cardiology and Neonatal Medical Equipment in Critical Care, Operating Theatres, Cardiology and Perinatal departments. This latest technology generates significant improvements in workflow, clinical and financial performance.
• Role: as the strategic medical sales lead, you'll protect and grow high-profile existing accounts while continuing to identify, access and influence senior stakeholders (CXO, Directors, Procurement, etc) in new accounts. You'll inspire clinically qualified medical sales specialist colleagues to identify, access, engage and train end users (Nurses & ODPs) in new and existing accounts to grow revenues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven, consistent medical sales success when selling capital medical devices / equipment, ideally anaesthesia, patient monitoring, cardiology, theatre or ICU related.
• Solutions sales experience including strategic selling, negotiation and closing in a complex medical sales environment with multiple / senior healthcare stakeholders. Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.
• Ideally based in / close to Reading, Slough, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Oxford, Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol. Other nearby locations will be considered.

PACKAGE

• Salary guide: £45-55,000 plus ~£23,000 bonus, company car and great benefits.
