Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR:
- Contribute to a unified HR approach by providing innovative ideas and strategic input.
- Modernize and improve services, ensuring alignment with corporate and service priorities.
- Represent and promote the service's reputation within the Council.
- Leadership:
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and smart working.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve desired outcomes for HR priority projects.
- Strategic Relationship Management:
- Partner with the business on HR and Organisational Development matters.
- Help management teams focus on key business priorities and address workforce challenges.
- Design and implement high-quality solutions that comply with policy and legislation.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar UK-based role.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
