We are delighted to have retained the GCC Children & Family Centre contract for Cheltenham and Tewkesbury and as a result we are seeking to appoint to the new role of Family SupportStrategic Lead. The successful candidate will work alongside the Executive Head, Early Years Strategic Lead and the Business Manager, to ensure Aspire can continue to maximise the positive impacts it has on the children and families it works with through partnership working, leadership and innovation.
This role will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the teams working to deliver the outcomes specified in the new Children and Family Centre contract. You will also help to develop future opportunities for the Foundation to support its secure long-term and sustainable future.
The successful candidate will have:
• A Level 7 management qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience
• Child development related qualification or experience. E.g., Early Years, Teaching /Diploma in Health/Social Care or equivalent.
Grade/Salary: Executive Reward Band 2 (FTE £53,523 to £56,497 p.a)
For 37 hours/week
Start Date: May 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter)
Full/Part Time: Full time, 37 hours p/w
Contract: Permanent
