BRC are working with a regional Housing Association who are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead on the regional delivery of annual programme of planned investment, component replacements, cyclical redecoration and major works.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of the corporate and Homes strategy to ensure organisational service direction and strategic objective targets are met
- Operational lead for the organisations regional delivery of the annual programme of planned investment, component replacements, cyclical redecoration and major works including delivery of the organisations regional customer facing responsive repairs, voids and estate services contracts
- Develop and sustain long term strategic relationships with key partners in delivering a regional customer focussed programme of planned investment, major repairs, responsive and void repairs
- Responsible for the management of a multi-disciplined and diverse surveying team located over a wide geographical area
- Develop and embed processes that remove waste, drive costs down, increase social value initiatives and deliver real digital innovation
- Assist in the design of Customer involvement strategies to ensure that residents have a voice in shaping and improving service outcomes
- Develop, support, manage and sustain customer involvement groups and key partner national networking groups to share experience, best practice, innovation etc
- Develop and implement key partner training plans for common areas of training such as values, contracts, compliance, safeguarding, IT etc
- Assist in the procurement and mobilisation of new supply chain partners
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with contract terms, KPIs and budgeted spend
Job Requirements
- Full Driving Licence
- HNC/HND or equivalent
- Knowledge of building law, regulation, building contracts, contract law and health and safety legislation and best practice
- Proven experience of developing long term Strategic Partnerships and embedding key values with stakeholders
