Job Description
We're recruiting for aSenior Strategic Supplier Business Analystto join us. We're offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively managing the relationships with LGIMs key service providers
- Reviewing service providers and monitoring their performance
- Identifying any issues with service and escalating as needed to quickly achieve resolutions
- Continuously look for ways for service providers to raise their standards to meet future business needs
- Interacting with key stakeholders to get feedback on service and looking for ways to improve
Who we're looking for:
- Ideally you will have a good understanding of Investment Management
- Previous experience of working in a Relationship Management function preferably with Custodian Fund Admin and Broker experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence people
- Proven track record of delivering positive change
