About this opportunity
We have a brilliant new opportunity for someone with a curious, analytical and proactive approach to join us in the Chief Digital Office as Strategy & Engagement Lead for Digital Experience Performance . Here, you'll work closely alongside both business and product teams as we embark on an ambitious journey to transform our mobile banking apps for our 18.6m users - b uilding on the enormous scale of Lloyds Banking Group's engagement, data capabilities and breadth of propositions .
The Digital Experience Performance team leads performance and strategy for spaces in the app by making sense of data, joining people up and shaping objectives to influence outcomes that deliver value and deepen relationships. We're a small team that supports each other to achieve big ambitions.
As Strategy & Engagement Lead , you'll work with journey managers, product owners and the rest of the Group to consider the big picture and make sure the right people are working together on the right things towards our common goals. To do this, you'll need to:
  • Engage and co-ordinate between teams to ensure we're aligned on goals, priorities and requirements across all spaces and journeys
  • Join up thinking across app-wide themes and enablers (e.g. beta testing, personalisation, analytics and marketing)
  • Build great relationships and c ollaborate with squads of experts including product, design, engagement and customer experience to identify and solve complex problems
  • Manage definition and reporting of our objectives and performance, and support with benefits tracking and investment planning
  • Work across the wider team to help us develop and perform to our full potential by actively contributing to a positive growth culture

What you’ll need
We're looking for someone with the following skills:
  • Effective collaboration and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to synthesise multiple perspectives and cut through ambiguity to focus on what's most relevant
  • Passion for weaving together strategy and data to uncover opportunities to improve customer and commercial outcomes

  • Capable of influencing business decisions through engaging and data-led storytelling to deliver results with measurable impacts
  • Experience in forecasting, reporting and owning performance to targets

This is a hybrid role that will require frequent in-person collaboration with London-based teams.
