AddressWe're looking for a Street Lighting Supervisor to join our Transportation team based in Weatherhill, Surrey or Stanford Depot, Kent. You will be responsible for your team's output and behaviour when they are carrying out their operational duties including HR, HSEQ, Commercial and Administration. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Location: Weatherhill / Stanford Depot - Site/Office based
Contract: Permanent Fulltime, shift work
Salary: £46k - £50k + company van + benefits
Responsibilities
As a Street Lighting Supervisor, you'll be accountable for delivery of Planned & Reactive, Third-Party repairs and Scheme Works with thorough supervision of directly employed employees and Sub-Contractors
Your day to day will include:
- Actively promote Health & Safety in the workplace, setting a good example to other employees and ensuring awareness of and compliance with the general Health & Safety responsibilities
- Undertake Shift briefings, Site Inductions, Toolbox Talks with all operational staff to ensure risks and hazards are properly identified and managed and maintain relevant records.
- Carry out various audits including Gate checks, Works Surveillance Safety Audits, Depot Inspections, H&S Site Inspections as required.
- Undertake inspections to monitor workmanship and material quantities for all works, ensuring the relevant records are maintained.
