Working for an educational based organisation, this position is responsible for supporting all student-facing programmes with a focus on the Online Mentoring projects. This is a great team to work with and you will benefit from seeing the direct positive impact various programmes have on young people.

The Student Facing Team works on all the high impact student activities such as camps, online mentoring, placements & careers. The Student Careers Project Manager will be;

• Providing high quality management support to new and existing partners
• Leading on relationships with key stakeholders, including sector bodies and professional institutions
• Being accountable for key strands/projects within the programme
• Working with Regional Network Leads and across departments to deliver project activity through collaborative partnerships
• Documenting external comms. and preparation of regular reports for management and funders

All these programmes are national and require the team to work with regional partners and volunteers to ensure that they run effectively.

We are ideally looking for an experienced individual with strong interpersonal skills, who can talk to anyone! We need problem solvers/solution focused individuals who don’t stop when they hear that something might not be possible.

• An efficient Excel user & confident with using different IT systems.
• Good communication skills with both internal members and external partners.
• The ability to prioritise and self-manage workload.

Although the above list is desirable, training and support will be provided.

Salary - £30-34K
