Student Check In Helper

Total Staff Services have an exciting opportunity available to become part of a team based in Newcastle City Centre within a Student Accommodation Provider to help with their Check In weekends throughout September. Your role will be to welcome new students from all over as well as helping them settle into their new home for the year.

Candidates will be contacted in August for work in September. This will be weekend work only so you must be available throughout the month.

This will be paid at £12.00 per hour.

Duties will Include:

• Giving out city information to new students moving in.
• Helping with directions around the buildings.
• Speaking with students and their families regarding any questions about the site.
• Moving luggage into rooms.
• Answering general queries people may have.
• Managing car park flow.
• Marshalling queues.

Working hours TBC.

Check in roles are usually temporary as we only need candidates for these roles throughout September however if you perform well within the timeframe, we may have other roles available.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends only
