INTO Stirling is seeking a talented Student Engagement and Marketing Officer to join our embedded international student Centre, nestled in the heart of the University of Stirling campus.

As the Student Engagement and Marketing Officer, you'll have the opportunity to connect with prospective, current, and former INTO Stirling students, bringing their voices to the forefront through engaging content and innovative recruitment activities.

Reporting directly to the INTO Stirling Assistant Director of Recruitment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Centre's marketing and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with recruitment priorities.
• Curate a quarterly content calendar to drive student recruitment and support central and regional initiatives.
• Manage INTO Stirling's social media presence, collaborating with Student Ambassadors and Centre staff to create captivating content.
• Utilise the Centre's CRM system to support recruitment and conversion efforts, measuring email communication performance.
• Create compelling digital media content including videos, photography, newsletters, blogs, and vlogs.
• Lead the Marketing Ambassador scheme, recruiting and managing a team to produce user-generated content for YouTube and social media.
• Cultivate strong relationships with marketing teams at INTO and the University of Stirling to maximise collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain a digital asset library to store and manage photography and video footage.
• Manage alumni relationships, collecting powerful student stories from INTO Stirling graduates.
