Student Facilities Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Student Facilities Assistant for our client based in Cardiff who provide student accommodation.Pay: £12.29 per hour.City Centre locationThe successful candidate will need to be available for an immediate start and must be available till the end of October.Job duties to include: -

• Carrying out day to day support for students within the accommodation.
• Mail and Parcel sorting ready for delivery in the accommodation block.
• Dealing with any issues students may have within the accommodation.
• Ensuring the safety and welfare of the customers
• Daily checks of the accommodation block
• Dealing with any check ins and check outs.
• Additional administration duties such as completion of letters and email, updating spreadsheets and bookings systems.

Location: Cardiff City CentreHours of work: 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm.Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days.As a temporary worker for Pertemps, you will be entitled to many benefits to include:
