Student Support Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Journalism, Media and Culture as a Student Support Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The Student Support Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact in the JOMEC Student Support office, dealing with multiple enquiries by telephone, face-to-face contact, and email. In addition to ensuring a welcoming reception, the post-holder will offer an administrative support service to the School’s students, staff, visitors and stakeholders, thereby assisting the School in meeting its operational and customer service requirements.  This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and open-ended.
