Student Information Assistant Grade 4

Based within Student Life Division of the Directorate of Student Experience and Enhancement, you will provide reception support and be the initial point of contact for students, internal and external staff and visitors. You will also provide support to the specialist teams in Student Services. i.e. Money Advice and Guidance, Advice and Guidance, Counselling Service, Disability Advice and Guidance, International Advice and Guidance, and the Mental Health Advisory Service and provide administrative support to the Clinical Students Specialist Support Service. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification) including English Language.
