Salary: GBP25,500 - GBP26,000
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays during peak periods)
An exciting opportunity awaits to join a well-established and progressive company specializing in the property industry. We are seeking a motivated individual with keen attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to fill the role of Student Lettings Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring an exceptional student experience, prioritizing safety and welfare.
- Conducting site visits to assess repairs and maintenance, ensuring satisfactory completion of work.
- Coordinating maintenance orders with approved contractors.
- Managing the check-in, check-out, and room turnaround process.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords.
- Handling escalated customer-related issues and providing emergency support.
- Addressing complaints professionally and effectively.
- Previous experience in the property industry, particularly in student or residential lettings, is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure.
- Own Car
- Legal right to work in the UK
