They are looking for a Team Leader/Senior Property Manager to join their busy team based in Bexleyheath. Candidates will have excellent experience within property management, be well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard and add to our client’s high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

- Liaising with Head of Property Management and being the point of contact for PM in the branch.
- Reporting.
- Driving and motivating the local PM team.
- Complaint resolution.
- Strive to continuously improve processes and actively contribute towards discussions.
- Hosting morning meetings to identify key actions for the day to ensure smooth operation.
- Must have experience leading a team.
