This is an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment and Marketing Administration Officer to join the Student Recruitment Marketing department. This is a varied role, working across the whole Student Recruitment journey. You will work closely with all managers, with a high degree of self-management and ability to use your initiative to implement improvements.

As Student Recruitment and Marketing Administration Officer you will be expected to:
• Support senior managers in department wide projects and university wide links and relationship management.
• Review processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring that all colleagues understand the methods of working and follow them.
• Coordinate compliance and effectiveness in respect of all areas; budget management, staff recruitment, induction and probation management, risk management and business continuity planning, Health and Safety, and monitoring KPI’s.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
• Well-developed relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to work with a wide range of people as wellas as on your own projects
