Job Title: Student Recruitment Specialist at Groomarts

Location: Groomarts Headquarters, Epson

Position Overview:

As a Student Recruitment Specialist at Groomarts, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell full-cost adult pet grooming qualifications to potential students. You will utilize both telephone and digital channels to engage with prospective students, provide information about the courses offered, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Student Recruitment strategies to attract new candidates for adult pet grooming courses.

2. Utilize telephone and digital channels to effectively communicate with potential students and provide accurate information about the qualifications offered.

3. Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

4. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for students from the recruitment phase to enrollment.

5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track conversion rates.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to tailor recruitment strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.

- Knowledge of the pet grooming industry or a willingness to learn about the field.

- Proficiency in using telephone and digital communication channels for outreach.
