Our client is a multi-award-winning social agency based in the heart of Manchester’s Media City. Set up in 2019 by two senior team members from one of the UK’s leading social agencies, this social agency has grown from strength to strength working with some leading brands and they are hungry for more.
They are on the lookout for a Studio Manager to join the team with experience working in a creative/studio background to come in and help them to ensure the smooth running of creative projects from start to finish!
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders, to set project timelines and milestones.
- Assess project requirements and allocate resources efficiently.
- Manage the content teams time effectively
- Liaise between internal creative teams
- Develop and maintain project timelines, keeping to strict deadlines.
- Implement feedback loops to improve processes and deliverables.
- Liaise with clients to update on projects and gather feedback for project refinement

Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a Studio Manager in a creative environment
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of project management tools
- Understanding of advertising, marketing, and design
