The property will open in 2024 and they are now hiring experienced Styling Supervisors who have extensive luxury 4- or 5-Star housekeeping experience.
The Styling Supervisors are responsible for owning and oversee the day-to-day performance of the styling team. Supporting and assisting the Head of Styling to ensure the team is seamlessly run. Ensuring styling assistants are managing and liaising with the styling team appropriately.
The Styling Supervisors entrusts with the responsibility of upholding the brand's standards to ensure the best guest experience and team performance. This entails fulfilling customer requirements, fostering employee contentment, and maintaining positive relationships within the team, and working closely alongside the Head of Styling.
Key Responsibilities:
To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience through:
Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. Mentor,
and lead a team of styling staff to ensure excellence in service delivery. Work alongside the
Head of Styling to provide exceptional support to ensure seamless management.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas,
and back-of-house spaces is up to standard. Conduct regular inspections to uphold the highest
standards of cleanliness and presentation. Implement and enforce quality control measures to
exceed guest expectations.
Inventory and Supplies Management: Monitor and manage styling supplies and equipment
inventory. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of high
quality cleaning materials and amenities.
Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Implement and
maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Scheduling and Staffing: Develop and manage styling schedules to ensure adequate
coverage. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain high-performing
styling staff.
Communication: Foster open communication within the styling team and with other hotel
departments. Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational strategies and

the company.

Experience:
4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable
A strong, yet positive guest service style
Organized and ability to work within the team or on their own
Strong interpersonal skills
A good command of the English language. Additional languages are advantageous
Maintains impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement
Full clean UK driving licence is desirable
