Sub-contractor Co-ordinator

Part-Time Position - 22.2 Hours Per Week.

Your new role
You will be reporting into the Sub-contractor Manager and the purpose of this role is to effectively manage sub-contractor performance to ensure a high quality of service is being delivered to customers.
Main objectives and goals -1. Responsible for building effective working relationships with the supply chain.
2. Manage the allocation of work end to end with the supply chain, ensuring that the quality of service delivered is in line with organisations values.
3. Monitor and review Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance for those companies in the supply chain that you are responsible for.
4. Ensure that any exceptions and /or required remedial works are completed in a timely and professional manner.
5. Work with colleagues throughout the business to resolve any challenges that are presented throughout the customer journey.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential Qualifications -• Good general standard of education and / or evidence of continued professional development.
Desirable Experience -
• Possession of practical and relevant knowledge of energy advice and schemes
• Relevant experience in a similar role
Essential Skills -
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a broad range of people.
• Good standard of ICT literacy, including working with databases and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and organise workloads to produce excellent results.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally, winning the trust and confidence of external partners.
• Ability to manage and monitor performance against contractual obligations.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data analysis.
• Ability to learn quickly.
Additional requirements -
• Full valid driving licence or other ways of fulfilling the mobility requirements of the job.
What you'll get in return
• A salary of up to GBP24,000 (pro rata), depending on skills and experience.• 25 days holiday, plus 9 bank holidays (pro rata)
