About the role

Vision for Education is currently on the lookout for dedicated Subject Tutors to join our team as cover supervisors in the Ipswich area. We are specifically seeking individuals with expertise in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), Humanities, and various others. As a cover supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education by stepping in when regular teachers are absent. If you have a passion for education and possess in-depth knowledge in any of the mentioned subjects, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team and contribute to the learning and growth of students in Ipswich.

About the school

We work with primary, secondary and SEN schools covering Essex and Ipswich area.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Subject Tutor you will:

• Have a passion for working with children in secondary schools
• Ideally hold a degree qualification, however this is not essential
• Have great classroom management skills
• Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
• Hold/ be willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Hold/ be willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service
