This local authority in London is hiring for a full time Substance MisuseSocial Worker to help and support local adults through working alongside adults in need that are misusing drugs and alcohol, through a hybrid role WORKING FROM HOME 4 days a week.

You will have the opportunity to use your range of social work skills across the different functions, with a caseload that requires as a minimum - duty home visits, safeguarding planning meetings and telephone triage. You will need to act proportionately to any given situation and ensure that your record-keeping is clear, concise and timely.

Adult's social work experience in care and mental capacity assessments (essential)

Substance Misuse experience (preferred)
