Responsibilities
- To conduct deep dive analysis in DA intents for higher successful rate and reduce the number from DA to CHAT
- To assist in process improvement i.e. flow automation in MS Design, MS Approval, Power Automate, Power BI
- To assist in Actual Time and Motion Study
- To assist in executing Employee Opinion Survey and engagement activities
- To involve in media productions (videos and posters) of refresher training materials, newsletter and TV signage
- To assist in assigned projects e.g. CS intranet migration projects, GEMBA walk (5S and safety)
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree in Information and Artificial Intellgience Engineenring, Information System or related disciplines
- Experience in organizing school events and video shooting is a plus
