The Transformation and Execution Division is responsible for overseeing the company's migration process as part of its 10-year partnership with Google Cloud to transform global derivatives markets. The group also ensures that we have robust and comprehensive plans and execution capabilities to achieve our strategic goals and objectives across all areas of our business.
The Planning and Execution team sits within the division and manages multiple high-risk and complex projects, which typically involve multiple business areas (and external parties at times); the team works with project stakeholders to align deliverables and operationalise change across multiple teams from one or more divisions and functions to achieve the targeted business outcomes.
The Planning and Execution team seeks an intern for a Summer 2024 hybrid role based in the London office. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Developing appropriate documentation
- Analysing requirements and ensuring that client onboarding is fit for purpose
- Tracking and monitoring project requirements to ensure compliance
- Work with project teams and other stakeholders to monitor progress, assist in resolving issues and removing barriers to success
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business administration, operations, or other related field
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Effective communication including strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate successfully
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
- Keen desire to learn and take ownership of tasks
