As a Ticket Sales and Information Assistant, you’ll engage with our customers both face-to-face and on the telephone, ensuring they have everything they need for the perfect visit. Full training will be provided to ensure you gain the skills to excel in your position and enjoy a fulfilling summer.
Responsibilities:
· Efficiently process sales via telephone, online, and in person.
· Use an array of computer systems to facilitate Sales and provide expert advice.
· Provide exceptional customer service, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
· Skillfully upsell to our customers on items such as gift aid and souvenir guides.
What You’ll Bring:
· A naturally friendly and professional attitude, both in person and on the telephone.
· Numeracy and computer literacy skills.
· Proven excellence as a team player, ready to step in where needed.
· Customer service/sales experience is desired but not essential.
