Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor at  Snappysnapsin Chelsea. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

- Train, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Ensure that all products and services meet Snappysnaps' quality standards.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

- Prepare reports on store performance and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:**

- Previous retail supervisory experience, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
