Supervisors Required - Oxford University

Please note this role is in Central Oxford (OX4 4LR) and parking is not available on site this role therefore would be suitable for someone living within vicinity of the location or someone able to easily commute to central Oxford area.

Working Hours:

Currently ongoing position from 28.06.2024 - 10.08.2024.

Mostly mornings 06:30 am - 10:30am with some double shifts

required on the following dates (09.07.2024, 10.07.2024, 21.07.2024 -

09.08.2024).

On short days additional hours are available at different locations on Oxford University Campus.

We have 2 roles available either Monday to Friday or weekend

position Saturday – Sunday.

Role

responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

- Providing a brilliant service for our guests

- Swiftly resolving customer service issues

- Setting up for service, serving customers and clearing up after service

- Serving buffet style breakfast, lunches and dinners

- Ensuring smooth communication between team and kitchen

- Overseeing the floor, mitigating any issues smoothly

- Motivating staff members & communicating with management

Requirements

- Previous supervisor/team leader experience prefered

- Please note that some locations (such as schools) may require

an enhanced DBS check. Please make the recruiter aware if you already hold one.

If not, we will assist with this process.

- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods

- Enthusiastic & energetic

- Excellent communication skills

- High empathy and understanding of others

- Excellent organization skills
