Job description

We are seeking an experienced administrator to manage all requests from both new and existing customers, to complete their supplier onboarding and compliance process. This role will involve liaising with different departments, collating relevant information, completing detailed questionnaires and managing the Supplier Compliance process to completion, for both new and existing customers. In addition, this role will provide assistance to the legal team with bid administration.

Key Responsibilities of a Supplier Compliance Administrator

Receiving Supplier onboarding Questionnaires

  • Logging supplier onboarding questionnaires received from potential customers, as part of a tender process.
  • Logging supplier questionnaires received from existing customers as part of their review process.
  • Logging additional questionnaires such as DPIA's; Information Security etc.
  • Liaising with all relevant departments to collate requested information.
  • Checking information provided and completing the questionnaires accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Providing completed questionnaires to potential and existing customers.
  • Tracking questionnaire progress and following up to ensure there are no outstanding points with the customers.
  • Setting up and maintaining a database of completed and in progress questionnaires.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of template answers for questionnaires.
  • Directing feedback or further questions to relevant departments and managing the response.
  • Logging completion of the process and communicating to relevant teams.
  • Providing reports, as required.
  • Supporting the legal or sales team with other administrative tasks, such as tenders, as required.

  • Understanding of data protection provisions and principles

  • ISO knowledge and experience
  • Supplier or customer questionnaire experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Team working experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience of the bid management process
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Well developed organisational skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Meticulous approach with high attention to detail
