Job Description
Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a Supplier / Vendor / Third Party Risk Analyst to join their Risk team based in London.
Responsibilities below:
- Ensure Monthly supplier surveys are organised and completed both internally by the Supplier Account Executives, as well as externally by Suppliers
- Analyse results of the monthly surveys and ensure "Issues" are recorded appropriately where SLAs have not been met. Escalate to the Head of Monitoring and Performance as required
- Work closely with Supplier Accountable Executives to support the Bank's approach to external audits (on site/remote) and monitor closure of any highlighted gaps
- Work closely with Supplier Accountable Executives to prepare detailed BCP and Exit plans for High risk/Material or Outsourced service providers.
- Run a monthly process to update the Bank's supplier Watchlist and share the results with the Head of Performance & Monitoring
Previous experience within a Supplier / Vendor / Third Party Risk is essential.
