Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday - 8.30am-5pm
Location: LE1 for training, potential to work from home once trained
Are you a proactive and organised individual with excellent administrative skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Supply Chain Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with suppliers via email and phone, to discuss quotes and jobs.
- Send data and information to suppliers regularly.
- Prepare presentations for company, including adding graphs with relevant data.
- Utilise Excel skills, including V Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including V Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain is ideal but not mandatory.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
