There will be an initial 6 week induction based in the Morrison's HQ in Bradford full time, which will then become 2 days per week in Bradford, with home working and some travel to our Lutterworth site . To be discussed further at interview.
An opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Analyst to operate as a Shared Resource between Premier Foods and our customer Morrisons. You will work in harmony with the Customer, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to improve performance of Premier Foods products.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring that a robust promotional forecasting process is in place, which drives forecast accuracy and allows input from Customer and Premier Foods to an agreed plan
- Liaising with Morrison's and Premier Foods contacts to ensure one collaborative promotional plan is agreed under correct lead times. Ensure volumes are planned and phased correctly in both businesses
- Monitoring sales performance by highlighting trends and management of out of stocks at store level
- SKU level investigations to drive missed sales and/or reduce wastage and stock and ensure accurate store/depot forecasts
- Seasonal planning and delivering to plan, ensuring all deliveries are timely and accurate
What we need from you:
- Cross functional experience across Supply Chain and Sales
- Retail Business experience with a strong customer focus
- Good analytical skills
- Experience of FMCG highly preferable
