We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and skilled individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst.
The role includes analysing sales and forecasts, managing inventory items and consulting with our customers, suppliers, clients and distribution partners to ensure that the availability of stock is maintained and orders are fulfilled.
Responsibilities & Duties
Support the planning process for sourcing new products, inventory maintenance, shipments, and deliveries.
Drive efficiencies in the Supply Chain process.
Reporting inventory statistics and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
Key performance indicator reporting using both internal and external data sources.
Investigating problems, finding root causes, and supporting solutions across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
Creation of all relevant paperwork and placing inventory orders.
Organising and tracking shipments with our logistics partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience of MRP software such as Sage or Orderwise.
Analytic and numerical skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to tasks.
Effective communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people.
Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
Displays a willingness to challenge and improve processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
