Requirements:
QBE or related qualification (purchasing or Supply Chain)
Advanced SQL
FMCG / Retail or Airline industry experience would be an advantage
Understanding the Supply Chain process from an analytical point of view
Duties:
Management of stock supply, stock levels and inventory
Analysing KPI’s
Involved in software roll-outs across the company
Implementing logistics strategies and tracking of goods
Forecasting products demand
Monitoring supplier performance
Involved in transportation, warehousing and distribution
Ensuring food safety compliance is adhered to
Analysis and reporting both internally and externally (to clients)
