The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator to join a growing team.
This is a Permanent – Full-Time role (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 with 1 day working from home)
Role Duties:
- Coordinating between Supply Chain, export, and Shipping Departments
- Responding to Customers regarding shipping delays and offering solutions.
- Daily checks on pending orders resolving any issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Investigating discrepancies effectively keeping Customers informed.
- Monitoring key metrics, analysing data.
- Implementing processes to improve efficiency.
Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- 1-2 years in Supply chain or shipping
- Experience in FMCG industry or similar.
Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator - Key Requirements:
- Experience using SAP system would be an advantage.
- Flexible and willing to learn new ways of working.
- Analytical
