Our client has a very exciting opportunity within their Supply Chain Department for someone who either has a little experience within the industry or is looking for a foot in the door. Reporting into the Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing sales and sample orders whilst dealing with phone and email enquiries from internal and external customers.
This role would suit someone who either has a little Supply Chain experience and is looking for a new challenge or a candidate who has some customer service/administration skills with very strong communication and coordination, looking to get into the supply chain industry.

Role responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service in line with departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Processing of sales and sample orders
- Proactively promoting products and services at all times, whilst maintaining excellent service levels.
- Handling all customer related enquiries promptly and efficiently
- Responding to complaints relating to service or product, including the administration of exchanges, returns and faulty stock
- Various administration tasks, including but not limited to invoicing, scanning and credit notes.
- Work to targets as set by Supply Chain Supervisor
