They are recruiting for a Supply Chain Compliance Administrator. You will be part of a very supportive team and be offered a great working environment. Hours of work is Monday - Friday 9-5. Salary is circa £23,500
The role:
As Supply Chain Compliance Administrator duties include:
To assist with Purchase Order Processing as required Manage returns to supplier and follow up requests for credit notes for returned goods as appropriate
Report on slow & obsolete stock on a monthly basis for appropriate suppliers returning excess stock where appropriate
Responsible for uploading and maintaining legislation and upload to CPNP & OPSS Portal
Work closely with Inventory Controllers & Commercial Department to ensure compliance is met in line with current legislation
Responsible for maintaining and storing waste data To maintain and store PPT data in line with plastic tax and duty legislation To ensure that data is maintained in accordance with our System to achieve a higher no touch rate
To review quantity and pricing disputes and correct in line with our system To ensure data held for all live products is complete and correct, including category designations, customs compliance, and relevant legislation requirements Responsible for ERP maintenance and communicating required changes to product/supplier data for customer procurement systems and our own website
Complete stock adjustments when required Handle any queries/problems with suppliers as appropriate and co-ordinate related processing with other departments Assist team members with supplier order confirmations as required Booking in of goods and release of back orders as required Filing of supplier POD's To provide back-up for the Logistics Planner as required The Opportunity: Our client offers excellent starting salary of circa 23k-24k, 29 days holidays that increase to 34 with service, healthcare, life assurance, excellent career progression and the opportunity to work with market leader in their industry.
