We are working with a leading player in the engineering manufacturing industry, committed to delivering top-notch products and services to their clients worldwide. They pride themselves on innovation, quality, and efficiency, and we are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Administrator to join their team.

Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Supply Chain processes. You will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple suppliers, utilizing your expertise in MRP/ERP systems and Excel to manipulate data effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams to drive efficiency and excellence in their Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with multiple suppliers on a daily basis to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Utilize MRP/ERP system to manage inventory levels, monitor procurement activities, and optimize Supply Chain processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and procurement to address Supply Chain issues and optimize workflow.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional administrative support to the Supply Chain department, including managing documentation, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience working in a Supply Chain or procurement role, preferably in an engineering manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
