As Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, you will take responsibility for all aspects of purchasing, inventory control, and Supply Chain and vendor management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Selecting and evaluating new vendors, in line with company policy and objectives.
- Reviewing and monitoring vendor performance.
- Monitoring the delivery of materials to production, to ensure this in on time.
- Providing regular updates to the management team, relating to materials costing, lead-time and performance against targets.
- Processing and monitoring purchase orders.
- Liaising with vendors to obtain pricing and lead-time information.
- Processing invoices and managing invoice queries.
- Supporting the stores with processing of incoming stock and the despatch of outgoing stock.
- Further duties as required.

What do you need to have?
You will have previous experience as a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, or similar role. This will ideally be within a manufacturing/technology environment. You will be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and build strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will work well as part of a team, with a ‘hands on’ approach.

Hours:
8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday
8.00am to 11.30am, Friday
