Form of workWe are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for a well-established client based in Kent who are recognised for being a leading importer of fresh produce supporting UK's leading retailers.Key Accountabilities:Assist the Procurement Managers with all aspects of running an effective Supply ChainIn conjunction with the Account Managers coordinate all customer order amendments Liaise with other category suppliers to facilitate cover requests in order to maximise serviceProduce and maintain various service level KPI's and trackersAdminister the setup of any new customers or products within our ERP systemBuild and maintain supplier load plans amending order confirmations as requiredLiaise with growers to confirm volumes & varieties loadedSet up Purchase Orders in the Prophet ERP system for all arrivals Raise delivery notes, create ASN labels & issue booking references for Direct deliveriesE-mail packing programs & raw material arrival schedules to pack sites & the logistics teamCoordinate with logistics to ensure that sufficient stock is available at all packing sites to fulfil ordersObtain stock inventory levels from any 3rd party packers and share with logisticsAdminister PO's & process works orders in the Prophet ERP system where requiredProcess sales orders for product supplied from 3rd party packersPlace Customer crate orders and manage the hire & de-hire process for direct suppliers & 3rd party packersManage stock control of customer crates for direct suppliers and 3rd party packersAdminister suppliers stock control systems for their arrivals where relevant Update and maintain master arrivals data & assist with the preparation of season reviewsPrepare grower finalisations & returns where instructedProcess fruit cost invoices as directedPerson Specification:FMCG Supply Chain experience beneficialExcellent verbal and written communication skills Well organised with strong attention to detailGood analytical skills and an appetite for problem solvingProphet ERP system experience beneficialProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
