We are now recruiting for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join an established business based in the Dudley area. The Supply Chain co-ordinator will enjoy a varied role providing customer service, ensuring that customer orders are processed, ordering stock and liaising regarding orders/deliveries. In this role you will also work with overseas suppliers to communicate regarding orders, lead times and that correct parts are being shipped.
This role requires the ability to speak Bengali
As the Supply Chain Co-ordinator you will be responsible for :
Processing of customer orders
Resolve any credit issues
Liaise with the warehouse regarding orders/deliveries
Respond to any customer requests/queries
Carry out admin duties
Communicate with overseas suppliers
Manage and maintain customer service records
Requirements:
Experience in a Supply Chain/Co-ordinator role
Strong customer service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Able to speak English and Bengali
