The Supply Chain Demand Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping their sales and Supply Chain strategies by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and other relevant data to optimise demand forecasting and inventory management. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
Supply Chain Demand Analyst Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather relevant data and insights for demand forecasting.
* Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict product demand, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and sales to identify areas for improvement.
* Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate demand forecasts, sales performance, and recommendations to senior management.
* Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, providing valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies.
* Continuously evaluate and enhance demand planning processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Supply Chain Demand Analyst Qualifications:
* Degree educated, ideally in Business, Economics, Statistics, or have a professional Supply Chain or procurement qualification is highly advantageous.
* Miniums of 2 years' experience as a Demand Analyst, Stock Control Analyst, Merchandising Analyst, or similar role in a commercial setting.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This role will require you to be in the central London office 3 days a week. Closest tube station is Bond Street.
